The Local Living Team started as a group of three local DC area Realtors® specializing in residential home sales throughout the greater DC Metro Area. Rachel Burns, Elly Martin, and Courtney Brown began working together in 2020 and late in 2021, Rachel Burns retired from Real Estate, gifting the keys to the business she had built over 23 years to her teammates, Elly and Courtney. The two, experienced real estate professionals have continued to offer impeccable service to their many clients around the DMV, and love what they do.
